Spa Manicure

 

This treatment begins with nail shaping and a tea tree oil soak to soften cuticles. The cuticles are then treated with almond oil and removed. Next, an anti-oxidant exfoliating scrub is massaged into the hands and then wrapped in a warm towel, followed by a relaxing massage with a deep moisturizing hand cream. Nails can then be polished, buffed or left plain.

 

French manicure polish can be added at an additional cost.

 

Duration: 40 minutes

 

Spa Pedicure

 

Raw Earth is an earth-derived pedicure treatment rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essentials oils to moisturize soothe and polish the feet. The treatment begins with a warm soak; nail shaping and cuticle removal, followed by a warming sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin. A sea serum callus treatment is then applied to the foot and wrapped in a warm towel, to soften the calluses for easy removal. An ultra moisturizing foot-mask is then applied to the feet to keep them hydrated. Feet are then rinsed, dried and a moisturizing lotion is massaged into the foot. Nails can then be polished, buffed or left plain.

 

French pedicure polish can be added at an additional cost.

Gel Nails

 

Biosculpture or Calgel nails are the healthier alternative to acrylic nails. The gel is gentle enough to allow the natural nail to breathe, yet strong enough to allow them to grow with minimal breakage. You’ll love the look of long beautiful ails that have a natural appearance. If you’re looking for length we can add tips or if you just want strength a clear or French-style overlay is available.

 

Duration: 30 minutes for fill or overlay / 60 minutes for full set of tips.

 

Spa Facials

 

Our spa facials all begin with our professional analyzing your skin under a magnifying lamp to determine your skin type and which of our three facials would benefit your skin type the most. The skin is then cleansed with all natural hypo-allergenic cleansing milk. An exfoliating facial cream is the applied to the skid to remove unwanted dead skin cells from the surface. Our vapour and ozone facial steamer is the placed above the face to open pores. One of our three masks is then applied to your skin and left on for 20 minutes while you relax and doze off to our relaxing soft music and candlelight. After the mask is removed a facial moisturizer is then massaged into the face, neck and shoulders while also tending to facial pressure points to soothe aching muscles and relieve stress.

 

Our three facials offered:

 

Hungarian Wellness Mud Facial – suited for all skin types. Especially great for oily and acne prone skin as it deep cleans the pores to remove dirt and oily residue.

 

Chocolate Eruption Facial Mask – suited for all skin types, firms and tightens the skin for a more youthful look.

 

Goat Milk & Aloe Vera Mask – for dry skin, hydrates and replenishes the skin.

 

Body Wraps

 

When receiving a body wrap your attire is your choice. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable with our services. Undergarments are optional but note that they may get soiled during the wrap. Men are required to wear underwear or boxer briefs during the wrap. Our body wraps are done in a cozy, candlelit setting with soft music playing in the background. You will enjoy one of the most relaxing spa treatments available at Unveil Salon & Spa. We have different types of wraps available to choose from depending on the time of year. Please ask our receptionist when you call which ones are available and make your selection at time of booking. Each wrap also comes with a mini facial. To conclude our wrap we have shower facilities available in our spa to rinse any residue from the wrap. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, body gel, and shower caps are provided for your convenience. **Please bring with you a pair of flip-flops or slippers to wear when walking between spa rooms and shower area**

 

Body Scrubs

 

Our gentle scrubs are beneficial for those with dry skin. The gentle exfoliating motion of the salts during the massage will leave you feeling smooth while hydrating your skin and giving you a soft natural glow. Our scrubs also include a mini facial scrub including massage with our amazing Jouvence Terre & Mer facial product line. Here at Unveil Salon & Spa we want our clients to feel comfortable with our services. Towels & cover-ups are provided and undergarments are optional but note that they may get soiled from the oils during the scrub. Men are required to wear underwear or boxer briefs during the scrub. Relaxation Massage

 

Our relaxation massage is a natural way to relieve pain, stress and to help repair and heal the body’s tissues. The essential oils will help you to relax and you will lose yourself in a state of total tranquility. Relaxation foot massages are also available for those with tired and sore feet!

 

Duration:  30 min, 60 min or 90 min Relaxation massages available or you can choose a 30 min foot massage.

 

Hot Stone Massage

 

Our Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated basalt stones that absorb and retain heat. Using traditional strokes while paying close attention to pressure points, the rocks are gently moved over the body in a massaging manner. This massage is also a great way to relieve pain, stress and help repair and heal the body’s tissues.

 

Make-up Applications

Brow or Lash Tinting

Eyebrow & Eyelash tinting is most beneficial for those with light colored eyelashes & eyebrows. Tinting adds color and defines the shape of the eyebrows. Eyelash tinting give you the look of wearing mascare without the annoying smearing or clumps. Tinting lasts between 4-6 weeks before a touch up is required.
